The training course for Administrative Technician and Human Resources professionals develops with trainees basic notions of administrative and human resources techniques, namely, salary processing, document standardization, recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, labor legislation, between others.
This course aims to make students understand the importance of administrative and human resources activities. Trainees will master techniques for organizing and carrying out tasks related to daily work procedures in private companies or in the public sector, using specific IT resources, equipment and materials. They will also develop customer service and communication techniques with internal and external audiences; organizing and carrying out administrative tasks to support the company’s activities and carrying out administrative tasks to support human resources management. They will also be able to carry out the technical execution of hiring and negotiation processes, implementing team management processes and promoting good interpersonal relationship practices in work teams.
