The Administrative Technician and Human Resources Courseincludes the teaching of techniques and basic notions of activities that are inherent to this function, from document standardization, recruitment and selection, through labor legislation, performance evaluation and salary processing. It is a very complete course, which will prepare you for entry into one of the areas with the highest output in the job market.
This course is intended for all those with an interest in the Administrative and Human Resources area, professionals in the Human Resources or Social and Human Sciences area as well as, people who intend to start a new career in the Administrative area.
The course also offers its trainees the possibility of taking an optional 200-hour Curricular Internship.

The Human Resources Administrative Technician Courseaims to provide trainees with tools that allow them to work in the administrative and human resources management of a company.
More specifically, it aims to:
- Learn to plan and operationalize the recruitment and selection process;
- Learn how to execute and / or guide the wage payment process;
- Prepare training plans and reports, applying the administrative procedures resulting from the labor law;
- Structure and use information systems to support human resource management.
After completing the courses, the trainees will be able to perform the function in the following establishments:
- Private companies (SMEs and business groups);
- Central, Regional and Local Administration;
- Public Business Entities (EPE);
- Consulting Companies;
- Human Resources Companies.
Successful completion of the course gives the trainee the right to receive a Professional Training Certificate, issued by the Educational and Training Offer Information and Management System (SIGO) platform.
