Coordination in Professional Training Course

TheTraining Coordination Course reflects on themes such as Professional Training and the respective functioning of the training cycle, namely Diagnosis, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of Training. In addition, the trainee will develop skills in marketing management oriented towards training and management of human and administrative resources in the context of training.

The Training Coordinator is a central figure for the development and modernization of an organization, he is responsible for the training activity and its functioning, that is, for the design, elaboration, implementation and evaluation of all training.

The Training Coordination Course is aimed at all candidates interested in pursuing a career in the field of Education and Training professionally.

Requirements:Minimum Age:18 years old (in case the trainee is a minor, an authorization from the Guardian of Education is required) | Educational qualifications:9th grade or equivalent

Module 1 | 10H: Training Coordination

Module 2 | 15H: Training diagnosis and planning

Module 3 | 10H:Human Resource Management and Administrative Management in Training

Module 4 | 20H:Monitoring, Monitoring and Evaluation in the Context of Training

Module 5 | 10H:Certification Platforms

Module 6 | 5H: Marketing in Training

The Training Coordination course aims to qualify trainees in management, coordination, planning, organization, promotion and monitoring of all activities in the training process.

These are some of the specific objectives:

• Conduct a diagnosis of training needs;
• Plan and design a training, with all its components;
• Recognize the Human Resources management procedures within the scope of training;
• Recognize Administrative management procedures within the scope of training;
• Accompany and monitor the training processes;
• Evaluate the Training Cycle, considering the aspects of the evaluation of the training process and the assessment of learning;
• Identify professional certification and mandatory recognition platforms in Portugal;
• Recognize the various forms of dissemination and advertising of training.

The Do It Better Training Coordination Coursehas the following professional output:

• Training Coordinator;
• Pedagogical Coordinator.

Successful completion of the course gives the trainee the right to receive a Professional Training Certificate, issued by the Educational and Training Offer Information and Management System (SIGO) platform.
