In the Private Security Supervisor course, the trainee will acquire skills to lead and manage teams, developing the role of Supervisor as the link between the guard and the company.
ThePrivate Security Supervisor coursehas as its main objective to qualify trainees to:
- Perform the supervision of private security teams, taking into account team leadership and management techniques as well as knowledge of the legislation in force.
At the end of the course, trainees will be able to fit the role of supervisor in the context of Private Surveillance, having also developed competencies for effective management of surveillance teams. In this training, the trainees will also have contact with various operational techniques of Supervision of Surveillance, which will help them in solving problems and making decisions, thinking about a whole and acting on a case-by-case basis. They will also be able to lead teams in order to guarantee good performances and obtain good results, and to conduct interviews and deal with administrative matters of Human Resources.
