The Personal Trainercontinuous training course allows trainees to acquire skills and tools for planning and prescribing training adapted to the reality and needs of the client, as well as providing nutritional advice for obtaining the desired results more quickly.
Thus, it is intended that trainees at the end of the course are able to:
- Apply comunication and coachingskills as aPersonal Trainer;
- Evaluate and prescribe training for the development of the Client’s physical condition;
- Apply functional training adapted to the client’s needs;
- Identify the effects of nutrition and food supplementation on the performance of sports;
- Supervise and monitor the training, depending on the client’s needs;
- Recognize the risks in the use ofDoping in sports
A Personal Trainer has the advantage of being able to exercise his activity in several companies, including SPA´S, Gymnasiums and Health Clubs, such as:
