The Do It Better Marketing and Sales Techniques Course has as main objective to enable trainees to be able to identify basic Marketing and Sales techniques, that is:
- Define and characterize the concept of Marketing;
- Characterize different types of market analysis;
- Identify the four main components associated with the concept of Marketing;
- Identify concepts associated with consumer behavior;
- Differentiate the types of Marketing;
- Distinguish between different types of Customers;
- Recognize customer sales techniques, from diagnosing their needs to after-sales;
- Know how to increase sales.
