The Do It Better e-Tutor course aims to promote the acquisition, updating and improvement of technical and pedagogical skills to work in the e-learning and b-learning course system.
With the normal hustle and bustle of everyday life, e-learning and b-learning present themselves as an excellent opportunity for professional qualification given the flexibility of independent study that is adapted according to the availability of each trainee.
The e-Tutor course is aimed at trainers who work or intend to work as e-tutors/e-trainers in distance learning courses (e-Learning or b-Learning), training managers and technical managers, e-Learning or b-Learning project managers, as well as the general public with an interest in education and technology, who also wish to acquire more knowledge on this topic.
Requirements: at least 9th grade of schooling or equivalent, Graduates or Trainers holding the CCP (IEFP Certificate of Pedagogical Competence).

Overall, the e-Tutor plays a fundamental role in the development of the trainee’s training path, encouraging and favoring the acquisition of knowledge and monitoring the development of learning.
The general objectives of the e-Tutor course are to qualify the trainee, future e-Tutor/e-Trainer for distance learning, so that he/she recognizes the characteristics, tools and strategies for the teaching and learning process of this form of training organization. Thus it is intended that the trainees, at the end of the course, are able to:
- Identify the concept and perspectives of distance learning (e-Learning and b-Learning);
- Recognize learning processes and styles in distance learning;
- Identify the main characteristics and functionalities of e-learning and b-learning platforms for distance learning;
- Diagnose the profile of trainees for distance learning courses;
- Exercise the role of e-Tutor as a mediating agent for distance learning;
- Select appropriate teaching tools and resources for distance learning, establishing clear, objective and interactive communication;
- Adapt the language of content and teaching resources for distance learning;
- Assess trainees using techniques and instruments appropriate for distance learning;
- Develop active tutoring application projects using the Moodle platform, in order to work with content and teaching resources for distance learning.
The content covered in the e-Tutor course promoted by Do It Better will provide the acquisition of skills so that the trainee can pursue a successful career in the field of distance learning, integrating, for example, training centers, schools, universities, among other educational entities, that promote e-Learning or b-Learning courses.
