In the end of this course, our students will be able to:
- Recognize the job market of professionals working with nutrition, dietetics and parapharmacy, as well as applied legislation and events held in the area;
- Identify the function and importance of nutrients in the human body;
- Evaluate the process of food reeducation by demonstrating healthy eating habits that are adequate to the needs of each individual;
- Specify the nutritional needs of each individual, according to the stage of life in which they are;
- Relate the importance of food in relation to the main existing pathologies;
- Identify the consequences of food contamination for the human organism, as well as ways of prevention;
- Organize the workflow in order to communicate properly with clients and others involved in the professional environment;
- Identify certain types of pathologies and medications not subject to medical prescription;
- Recognize the concepts and principles used in stock management.
