O Administrative and Human Resources Technician Course includes the teaching of skills and techniques fundamental to the performance of the role, from document management, recruitment and selection, through labor legislation, salary processing and teleworking. It is a dynamic and interactive course, which will prepare you to enter one of the areas with the highest output in the current job market.
The course begins with a self-discovery module, to develop adaptability to a series of digital tools that will optimize study in e-learning format, learn to manage time, develop new soft skills and learn about the principles of cybersecurity.
Then there are 8 modules with content exclusively aimed at the Administrative and Human Resources area, accompanied by active tutoring and a team of highly specialized e-trainers in the area.
At the completion stage, skills related to Assertive Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Job Search Techniques and Entrepreneurship will be developed, all of this, so that you do not enter the job market without feeling 100% prepared.
You will also have the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired in practical projects and undertake an optional 300-hour internship.
This course is intended for all those with an interest in the Administrative and Human Resources area, professionals in the Human Resources or Social and Human Sciences area as well as, people who intend to start a new career in the Administrative area.

The Administrative and Human Resources Technical Course aims to provide graduates with knowledge and skills that allow them to be able to collaborate and support in the various Administrative and Human Resources areas of a public or private sector company.
Thus it is intended that the trainees, at the end of the course, are able to:
- Develop adaptability skills to the digital environment;
- Know the ethical rules and modern practices of professionals in the administrative area;
- Recognize Portuguese and international documentary standards, and their applicability in the administrative context;
- Recognize the main functions of human resources management in organizations;
- Use interview tools and competency-based dynamics to identify behavioral candidates.
- Recognize and understand the characteristics of a high performance professional
- Clearly identify the concepts and general principles of labor law;
- Execute and guide the processing and payment of salaries
- Recognize and apply the main teleworking strategies and models.
- Acquire personal development skills that generate opportunities in the job market.
After completing the course, trainees will be able to perform the following functions:
- Private companies (SMEs and business groups);
- Central, Regional and Local Administration;
- Public Business Entities (EPE);
- Consulting Companies;
- Human Resources Companies.
Successful completion of the course gives the trainee the right to receive a Professional Training Certificate, issued by the Educational and Training Offer Information and Management System (SIGO) platform.
